Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Human Performance Management Consultant to

join our team. This full-time role will be the cornerstone of our business, encompassing key

responsibilities in business development, customer relationship management, and service delivery.

The Human Performance Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of

our clients and our organization. This multifaceted role entails collaborating with cross-functional

teams, developing compelling proposals, executing projects, and ensuring exceptional customer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Collaborate with portfolio team members to achieve revenue and profitability targets for

assigned clients.

  • Contribute to weekly pipeline and portfolio reports, showcasing the status of the portfolio,

revenue earned, closed deals, and generated leads.

  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services to clients and build strong

client relationships.

  • Create compelling and well-written business proposals that align with client objectives..

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate excellent client relationships and become a trusted advisor in human performance

management.

  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs and design

effective solutions.

3. Project Management:

  • Define the scope of each client project and develop and execute project plans and budgets.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality service to clients while maximizing returns for the business.
  • Provide ongoing status updates to both management and clients on program and project

progress.

  • Coordinate activities with third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor billing and invoicing for client projects/programs and follow up to ensure timely

payment.

  • Minimize long outstanding accounts receivables.

4. Training and Facilitation:

  • Develop training materials, including instructional designs, handouts, case studies, and

evaluations.

  • Facilitate assigned aspects of client programs, whether in-person or virtual, such as retreats,

conferences, team-building, and training sessions.

5. Research and Knowledge Development:

  • Stay current with industry trends and topics of interest to expand our service offerings.
  • Develop a body of knowledge that enhances our ability to deliver valuable solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s

degree is a plus.

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in management consulting, human resources, business

development, and project management.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
