Job Purpose
- Reporting to the Managing Director and performing strategic administrative duties.
- Writing reports, formatting documents, and presentations.
- Data management and record keeping.
- Engage with key stakeholders on discretionary matters on behalf of the Managing Director and make travel arrangements.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in an administrative capacity.
- Proven experience working in or starting up an NGO
- Must have solid data analytical and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good level of exposure, confidence, and time management competencies.
- Availability to travel with the Managing Director at any given time.
