Administrative Assistant (Mid-Level) Role

 Job Purpose

  • Reporting to the Managing Director and performing strategic administrative duties.
  • Writing reports, formatting documents, and presentations.
  • Data management and record keeping.
  • Engage with key stakeholders on discretionary matters on behalf of the Managing Director and make travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar, and sending reminders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Proven experience working in or starting up an NGO
  • Must have solid data analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of exposure, confidence, and time management competencies.
  • Availability to travel with the Managing Director at any given time.
